About this property

Spacious Private Family Home with Pool

Welcome to our 1700sq ft Florida bungalow. We own just shy of a 1/4 acre lot with an inground pool and plenty of things to keep you busy in and outside of the area. We have 3 beds, 2 baths and enough seats and beds to comfortably fit 8 guests. Please enjoy and reach out if you anything! For your safety, we do have exterior cameras located on the exterior of the home. We also use a decibel noise meter that monitors noise levels after hours.

$100 chargeback for any dog feces left behind after checkout.
$100 chargeback for any cigarettes/marijuana smoke smell or butts left behind after checkout.

Great location!

The property had everything that we needed. It’s in a great and safe area too. The owner made sure to check in with us to see how we were doing and was easy to get in contact if we needed. If we come back again I would stay here again!

Plain, but efficient

The property included everything you need for a good stay. Towels, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towels. It was well stocked. Property was clean and well kept. Our only negative observation was that the house seemed a bit empty. No area rugs, large undecorated spaces on the walls, very minimalist furniture. But that is just a personal preference and not a take away from a good property to stay at. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

The pool was not enjoyable the lawn seats were cheap and you sink in when you sit on them. The pool was dirty and the water was freezing. When we went into the garage there was floats that we were excited about however every one of them had holes and were popped. The outside deck area was dirty as well. The couch is very uncomfortable to sit. The master bedroom bathtub was dirty and the toilet had to be fixed every time it flushed. The sink was broken which I was told was a filtered water system and not the main sink. When we went into watch tv in the master bedroom there was no tv remote. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The license that was on the wall was expired. There floors are messed up in a few places. The air was in a lock box and was too cold for our daughter. The dishwasher had mold or mildew inside from not being properly cleaned. Everything looked cheap in the house. For the money that was paid it was not worth it. I could have gotten a motel 6 and had the same amenities. When I reached out to the host no resolution was offered. We did not even stay the last night because we were so dissatisfied.

Affordably close to Disney and Tampa

Had to visit family in Tampa Bay Area and realized this is an excellent property for return visits and for trips to Orlando and very reasonably priced for the amenities provided by the Host!

Lovely Property

My family and I booked this home for a few days. It is a lovely property, with a nice pool. There were plenty of extras that were greatly appreciated. Our stay there was very enjoyable.

I would like to say property was gorgeous however there couldve been LED lights in the pool and in the surrounding area...landscaping could use some attention but overall this place is amazing so upscale the yard

Pretty nice with a few minor issues

Stayed for a week with my coworkers. It worked out pretty well, but there were a few issues. Master Bedroom has 2 beds, but no door for the Master bathroom area of sinks and showers. Toilet does have its own little room. Master bedroom windows face a street light and it is very bright in there at night. I did suggest to the owner that this be addressed. We bought blackout curtains and that did the trick. Smoke detector in the house would go off at the slightest little thing - like using the toaster to toast bread. Happened about 4 times to us which was a little annoying. Rooms were as advertised otherwise. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that. We would definitely think about staying again.

Beautiful and tidy home nestled in a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood. We were here for 2 days for a wedding and it was perfect. Dog friendly!

Awesome property. The house has a nice set up and the pool was clean and refreshing. We never had any problems with the owner and always got a quick response to any questions that we had.

Great vacation nice location:)

We enjoyed this comfortable home located in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. Coffee by the pool each morning was perfect. Stores and activities were conveniently located. Walking our dog around the neighborhood was relaxing. The host was wonderful ensuring we had everything for the perfect vacation. Will definitely return.

Great location

The location was great. We were surrounded by shopping and more. The only thing I would suggest is curtains in the living room, kitchen. It was a little odd to be up moving around in the morning with the lawn/pool maintenence man being "right there" and feeling like there is no privacy. Other than that, a very clean home.

Makin Memories

Great house! It was perfect for my family! It was halfway in between Legoland and Dinosaur World. My only complaint is it needs curtians. We made a million memories at both Legoland and Dinosaur World (I recommend both) and this beautiful home helped us all stay together!
