• Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and checkout is by 11:00 am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? It is doable but, check with me first. Fees may apply. If you were to check out late, and the cleaning crew had to come back later, a $45 trip fee will apply.
• The separated basement apartment is locked and out of reach. Please be considerate with noise control and easy steps and leave HVAC on reasonable temperatures. Do not turn it off.
• Toilet paper and kitchen towels are your responsibility we provide a start-up for your convenience.
• I have a strict NO DRUGs use policy. If you break the rule, you will be asked to leave immediately.
• Pets are OK for an extra fee. Contact me before booking.
