The check in process was very easy and quick,all charges were explained clearly! My husband and I love staying here. Tge setup of the room is very manageable for the both of us, from the kitchen to the space of the room and how the TV can turn to the living room. And the bedroom.The housekeeping service was great and had clear communication! Loved being able to have Breakfast every morning !

The property is secluded in quiet area but within a 5 minute walk to other eateries and businesses which was nice. It also has wonderful walking paths to parks and department stores. We enjoyed taking walks and exploring the neighborhood.The property is very well equipped with a gym, basketball court and a lovely patio area that has a firepit and barbeque grill that one can relax at visit with friends or other guests.The breakfast offered was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.The only reason I did not rate this property as a 10 was that the carpet in the hallway of my unit has a grungy (dirty) smell and needs to be shampooed. My studio also has a smell of stale smoke that we couldn't get rid of. Perhaps paint and carpet replacement will help?Otherwise I was very happy with my stay at Sonesta ES Suites Fairfax and would book it again.
