the staff is wonderful! They were helpful and polite. I was a bit surprised that there wasn't an oven, but that was fine.The washing machine was broken in our building, but we were able to use the one in the other building. The area around the apartments was neat and tidy. The room was fine, and the bed was of high quality. Breakfast was great! We were not expecting the range of food that was offered, so that was a pleasant surprise.
