Weekend Stay-Regrettable

Paid a good amount to stay here. Elevators weren’t working, spouse with heart condition had to walk through the kitchen to then walk the stairs multiple times, big wet stain on carpet that was supposed to be taken care of immediately and never attempted to have cleaned. Cleaners never came to do room until we complained and then they arrive after 8:30pm and throw away our room service food. Wasted hard earned money on this stay and would never return!
Stayed 2 nights in Jan 2025
