Never Book This Rental

I would like to give a zero star review, but that is not an option. They CANCELED my trip as I was boarding my flight to go to Ft. Worth. They are liars, and thieves. I still have not had my money refunded for this trip, and they charged me in full and canceled my trip the day I was leaving. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. I know they canceled because it was a big weekend, and I'm sure they wanted to attend the football games, but that is so shady and terrible. NEVER BOOK HERE! I'm going to go to corporate because they still have not refunded me for this trip, and they changed me in full months ago.
