This is one of Kelowna’s luxury first class resort accommodations located in the heart of downtown. This luxury resort offers panoramic views of the city and mountains along with stunning views of Okanagan Lake. Being located right on the Waterfront, there are miles of waterfront walkways offering visitors a relaxing park-like setting. You are within walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants

This 2nd floor, 3 Bedroom (1 is windowless(den)), 2 bathroom suite features Lake Views over Bird Sanctuary. King bed with Ensuite Bathroom in the Master Bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 Twin beds (T2K) and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. This spacious and modern suite accommodates 6 guests

Safety and working appliances

Office furniture is past its prime. Broken chair left on patio; safety issue for one of our guests. Called to ask about working toaster, coffee and washer/dryer; response was yes. The dishwasher wasn’t working. Called and was told it could take 2-3 hours just on the wash cycle. Asked if we should run again, agent said yes. I asked about flooding and they said we would be responsible for clean up. The agents next response was just wash the dishes by hand. Upon further inspection the dishwasher drainage was packed with food debris. Looked as if the drain had never been cleaned. There was no on call maintenance person for this large complex that appears to be a mix of residence and rentals. Toilets work, but if you are taller than 5 feet the toilets are so low you need a grab bar to get off the toilet. Everything else was great. Condo well equipped with towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Kitchen was well stocked for larger groups.
