Completely Remodeled - Tastefully Furnished - Ground Floor - Well Equipped - Everything New - Sunny South Facing Patio - End Unit - Excellent Location
We weren't sure which direction to go with this property, but after my mom expressed interest in staying here for a month or two each year we did everything we could think of to make it as comfortable and nice as possible. The finishing touches are now in place and it is now newly available to those who seek peace, comfort, and relaxation.

We've lived here in this, our favorite part of Scottsdale, for over 30 years, and love the sunny winter weather, central location, and nearby proximity to everything that Scottsdale offers.
Why they chose this property
The Villages is refreshingly lush and green with numerous heated pools/spas, tennis/pickleball courts, and a lovely walking path. This neighborhood offers quick and easy access to a plethora of nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
What makes this property unique
A sunny south-facing patio, lovely wall art, king-sized bed, stylish bathroom, queen sleeper sofa (with additional mattress topper) for guests, quality furnishings, end unit location, and ease of access/parking are some of the attributes that contribute to a peaceful and relaxing stay.
