Moments from the apartment are great restaurants and bars including Dick and Jane Tap Room, Chez Ozkar, Mama Fox, Trad Room, and many coffee shops + grocery stores - all walking distance.

About us - We are a quiet couple in our late 30's who reside in the upstairs duplex. We are here if you have any questions but will give you your space and not bother you unless requested! We've lived in NYC for 20 years and can give you any recommendations on what to do, where to eat, transport, etc.
