【Listing description】
Cozy PRIVATE pool house located at the back of the main house
Own Private Entrance from the side gate
offers free wifi, A/C & Heating, Projector & Projector Screen, a Comfortable Queen size bed, Keurig Coffee Maker, Instant Coffee & Creamers, and a popcorn machine. Plenty of Outdoor Patio Furniture are also available for guest use. After each booking, professional cleaning & sanitization will be done to the house prior to guest check-in following CDC/Airbnb guidelines and protocols.
【The space】
Our pool house is located in the back room of the whole house, with completely independent password access, and the house area is 700 square feet. The land area of our entire house is 16,000 square feet, with a large courtyard and various flowers and trees, including a swimming pool
【Other details to note】
Our courtyard, swimming pool are shared and only used by our front and rear house guests, so it is relatively quiet.
**NO EARLY CHECK-IN available due to enough time is needed to sanitize the property**
**Late Check-Out is only available upon checking with host **Pool will be open after 5/20 to 9/20 between 10:00Am to 7:30Pm

Rented this property expecting use of pool and jacuzzi. Day of, I get an email saying the pool is closed until May. (We went end of April.) The owner claimed it said that on the details on the website, which it did not, but that the jacuzzi was still available. When we went out to check the jacuzzi out, it was cloudy and dirty looking so we skipped the jacuzzi experience. Pool house was clean but the paint job was atrocious. Projector was blurry. TV was small and off to the side. The dish soap dispenser was practically empty. Water pressure in shower was like a pressure washer. Nah, I would not stay here again.
