This beautiful villa is located in one of the premium residential within Cap Cana. The villa is located in Green Village, near Cap Cana beaches, restaurants and el Farallon where Los Establos is located. You will also have the Green Village plaza at walking distance.
This beautiful house has a light and relaxing decoration, where good taste and peace transmits its essence and stand out.

It has spacious rooms each with its private bathroom. On the first floor are the master bedroom that has a private outdoor jacuzzi and an outdoor shower as well as the second bedroom with two Queen beds and private bathroom. The third room is a spectacle because It is located on the second floor with private bathroom and has a balcony overlooking the garden. There is a fourth room wit a bunk bed with private bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning, walking closet, private bathroom, TV as well as a beautiful range of natural wood decoration. The living room is spacious and comfortable, has a dining room to accommodate 8 people, a cold equipped kitchen as well as a secondary kitchen for the use of the service staff.

Outside you will find a beautiful garden full of coconut trees, terrace, BBQ area and a nice pool with integrated jacuzzi.

Our staff will assure stress free stay. Carolina is a professional chef and a cleaning lady. Deivis is in charge of keeping the Villa and landscape in optimal conditions. He is also a truth worthy and safe driver if you need it.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay and this property! It is such a beautiful home with wonderful amenities. We found that this house was in a great location. The option for onsite cook as well as driver are super helpful and great options.

I love to travel and see different places as well as share with friends and family.
I really enjoy nature and horses, I also love listening to good music, drinking good wine, lying in the sun and watching movies.

Why they chose this property

This house belongs to my brother Ricardo and his wife Rosa, they live outside the country and I manage the house for them. The Villa was decorated by my sisters with a lot of love and dedication, thinking about the enjoyment of our guests so that they have a family vacation in this spectacular place.

The villa is centrally located in Cap Cana, it is a spacious and very comfortable Villa, equipped with everything you may need during your vacation.
From the house you can walk to the Green Village mall where you will find Caffeina restaurant, beauty salon and Spa among others. It is also close to everything where you can enjoy the amenities such as beaches, stables, theme parks, golf courses and restaurants that Cap Cana offers to its visitors.
