About this property

Have fun with the whole family in our 4 bedroom/2 bath ranch home. Perfect for families, couples' getaway or a girl's trip. The home is complete with game room/bar, office space/FAST WI-FI just in case you have some work to do before heading out to the beach which is only 6 miles away. The backyard is a getaway on it’s own complete with heated pool, grill and outdoor seating area.

Welcome to your sun-filled home away from home. The open floor plan and big windows make the space bright and inviting, perfect for relaxing or entertaining with the entire family. The mini splits and ceiling fans throughout will keep you comfortable, no matter the Florida heat.

The primary bedroom comes with a comfortable King bed overlooking the pool, as well as a generous closet. Bedroom number 2 has a Queen bed and ample storage, while the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. The 4th bedroom/office has a twin bed, providing plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. With two full-size bathrooms, this house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Stay entertained with our smart TV's and hi-speed WI-FI, or challenge your family to a game of MS PAC-MAN or ping pong. After a day of exploring the local area, come home and relax in the heated pool. With so many desired amenities within a short 6-mile radius, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Your host has provided an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc. In addition to regular towels, the host also supplies beach towels. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies but there are several grocery stores nearby.

Pool is heated to 86 so during unseasonably cold weather, the pool could be cooler than is comfortable. We cannot help as this is beyond our control.

Family Vacation

This was a fantastic location for us! It's located in town with tons of restaurants close by, close to several beaches and local attractions. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Our son, 21, our daughter, 27, and her fiancé, 29, my husband and myself. The pool is a great size for just a couple or a couple with smaller kids. My husband and I enjoyed the pool while our grown kids were more excited to go enjoy the beaches and seashell collecting. There were plenty of towels and the owner has a nicely equipped kitchen including a mixer, griddle, coffee maker, can opener, mixer, toaster and pretty much everything you might need. Some food products and starter supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, etc. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely keep this rental in mind for our next family vacation in the area! Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay!

Lack for Nothing

Look no further because this property has it all!! Heated pool, game room, bar, wifi, stocked kitchen, games, great location. ..beautifully updated beach theme! Owner and property manager were both super helpful. We all really enjoyed our time there! 10 star rating. Only small suggestion would be to pitch the old peeling teflon pots and pans and grab a set of cheap ceramic coated ones from BBandB.
