The duplex is located on a corner lot just off Palm Ave. Walking distance 3-4 blocks to Centro Ybor!
There are 3 other units on the property. 1 is currently rented as a long term unit and the other 2 are Airbnb's that can be rented separately or 2 units together!

This property has been completely remodeled from the ground up. All new furnishings and fixtures!

Guests will have the entire space available. There are a total of 4 units on the property, 1 is a long term rentals and the other are Airbnb's that can be rented together or separately. They all have private entrances but may share the yard space and amenities.

Ybor City is one of only two neighborhoods in Florida to be designated a National Historic Landmark District. Founded by Vicente Martinez-Ybor, Ybor City has enjoyed a rich culture for more than a century. For decades, Spanish, Italian, Cuban, German and Jewish immigrants made their living by working in the cigar factories that were the main economic source for the city. Free roaming chickens and roosters from this era add to the city's charm.

Centrally-located, safe, 15 minutes from Tampa International Airport, and close to I-4, I-275, the Ybor Streetcar, Coast Bikes, the Cruise Port, Convention Center, Amalie Arena and more !

You are 3-4 blocks away from all the action and can walk everywhere yet are tucked away on a charming residential street. The the complimentary trolley is nearby and runs to Amalie Arena, Convention Center (1.9 miles - 7 minute Uber) and downtown Tampa (1 mile away). Bikeshare and scooter program situated throughout Ybor and downtown Tampa. We rarely drove when we lived here since it is so walkable.
