This cozy 3bdrm 2ba single family house is a nice little getaway and spacious area that can sleep up to 8 guests. With the basic essentials provided, you can easily make yourself at home. There is 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom on 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor, a formal dining area, a sitting area, living room with sleeper sofa, and the screened patio and fenced-in backyard offers serenity. Pets are welcome to enjoy the house for an additional fee.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the thermostat to 75 degrees prior to checkout.
When you leave, to lock the door behind you all you have to do is shut the door and hit the lock button.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FRONT DOOR HANDLE IS NOT LOCKED WHEN YOU LEAVE.
