This spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms each furnished with full beds, dressers, and desks. The kitchen is furnished with granite countertops and TONS of cabinets. The living area has a 48" TV and leather couches as well as a bar area with stools for open entertaining. This chic apartment is in walking distance to downtown and SUNY Cortland, as well as a 5 minute drive to I-81.
Perfect for college graduations, family get togethers, sporting events, and everything in between!
The entire downstairs apartment is yours to use during your stay!
I live in the area and am available for anything you might need!
There are many restaurants in the area, a local health food store with a cafe around the corner, and anything you might need is a quick 5 minute drive away! Syracuse and Ithaca are both a 35 minute drive and Binghamton is about a 45 minute drive.
Perfect for college graduations, family get togethers, sporting events, and everything in between!
