The apartment is 59 square meters and comes fully furnished. There is a sizable living area with an inviting Italian sofa, an armchair, and a lounge chair. Additionally, a chic new kitchen with a built-in stove, built-in oven, and ceramic hob is available. Toilet and bathroom are separate. The bedroom has a double bed and is compact and cozy. You can use a large built-in wardrobe with a washer, iron, shoe cabinet, and hanger in the foyer.
One of my favorite restaurants, a well-stocked grocery store, and a pharmacy are all close to the flat.
