Great location for large group

This location was perfect for our group of 29. Plenty of hangout space, gorgeous views from both the main house and the guest house. Place for the kids to play in the lawn and lots of fun outside toys.

Everything we could have hoped for!

This house is incredible! Besides being incredibly gorgeous, they had everything needed for our family reunion, including yard games and plenty of information about surrounding activities. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing Family Reunion

This property has so much room and it is so well appointed. We had everything we needed for a big crowd. We had a little problem with the sofa sleepers but the management company was quick to offer us a resolution to the problem. Perfect place for a perfect family weekend

Retreat

it was absolutely perfect for our event. Everything was beautiful and the house was very well stocked. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place!!! One small issue....There were mice in the room over the garage. The ladies saw 2. Might want to check that out.

School retreat

Our group of 23 adults stayed for most of a week, as part of a school retreat and extended education. The Seascape site was a perfect setting for our purposes of classtime and playtime. The hot tub, fire pit, views, and proximity to the ocean made for many happy people and memories! Management was quick to respond when we had issues with the dishwasher. One draw back is not all of the pull-out sofas are supportive, but we pulled the mattresses onto the floor and bedded down there. Otherwise the comfort was stellar, and all amenities were just what we hoped.

Luxury was a miss. We rented this house looking forward to a stress free stay during what was going to be an emotionally charged visit. We arrived to broken toilets, beds with dead bugs and blood, and fire alarms going out off for no reason for two hours straight at midnight. The owners solution to all this. Dropping off wine and chocolates. Save your money and find another property.
