The location & interior of the villa are outstanding, because you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the jungle in a heavenly master bedroom with a extraordinary bed size of 200 x200 with thick mattresses and a huge deck view. You need 5 minutes to walk to the beach but also are close to the fancy hip surftown Santa Teresa with great restaurants &cafes (10 minutes walk at the beach or road).
