Life is full of distractions but in the Zen Den, you’ll find yourself in a spacious, clutter free home that will allow you to unwind and enjoy the calm and serene vibe of the Mesquite desert and Virgin Mountains. Our home is a No-smoking, No pets property and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays. If you do have a service animal for a disability, we would appreciate prior communication. Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.

This brand new home features 3 bedrooms (6 beds total), 2 bathrooms, a fully supplied kitchen, laundry room, streaming TVs, equipped workspace and a 3 car garage with EV charging (NEMA 14-30 outlet, 220V/30Amps). We have a large backyard and patio where you can enjoy lounging around a fire warmed seating area, grilling on our propane barbeque, sunning on comfy lounge chairs, or playing yard games. There are live cameras in the garage and on the sides of the house to detect intruders from the street for security purposes, but these are the only cameras on the property.

Watch the sunrise in bed from the master or guest bedroom or pass up the sunrise and sleep deep, utilizing our bedroom's blackout curtains. The primary bedroom has a comfy king bed with streaming TV and en-suite bathroom. One guest bedroom has a queen bed with streaming TV whereas the other guest bedroom has two twin beds. All beds have new, comfy, yet supportive mattresses. New Lazy Boy sleeper sofas (1 queen and one full) offer additional and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would find at home - dinnerware, cook and bakeware, spices, condiments, etc. PLEASE check out what we provide before grocery shopping. The bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotions, blow dryers, cotton balls, Q tips, and lotion. No need to pack all that! Our in-unit laundry and supplies makes packing light and cleaning up after a day exploring and playing very easy.

Our outdoor living area offers lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, a bistro eating set, and comfortable couch seating that surrounds a firepit. With ample turf and places to play, you will get a kick out of our yard games as you enjoy Mesquite outdoor living. With a complete wall of sliding glass, you can bring the outdoors in while enjoying the cozy fireplace and never step foot outside if you just want to curl up and read.

Our 3 car garage has a Level 2 EV charger (NEMA 14-30 outlet, 220V/30Amps) for your use. With a third bay, parking your UTV is a breeze, and you will still have room for the vehicle. Our driveway is a bit steep; please use caution when entering with a lower vehicle. A sideways entry for a low framed vehicle will help if you are concerned. You are also free to park in the driveway or along the street.

Picture yourself sipping on your morning coffee and watching the sunrise behind the Virgin Mountains. Then rise up to invigorate yourself with a mindful yoga session to kick start your day before your golf match or day or UTV/hiking in the desert. At the end of your day, enjoy your glass of wine by the fire pit while marveling at the vivid sunset colors exhibited on the Virgin Mountains. During the day there are plenty of activities to explore such as the many world renowned golf courses, hiking trails, cycling and a plethora of off-road activities in the surrounding desert. If you’re looking for a more elaborate adventure, head out to one of the many national parks that encompass Nevada, Arizona and Utah such as the Valley of Fire, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon or one of our favorites - Zion National Park. On the other hand, you can stay home and take advantage of our spacious backyard where you can practice your golf on the putty green or simply lounge and top off on Vitamin D! Wherever your adventure takes you, we hope you find yourself leaving the Zen Den feeling refreshed.

Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked pantry off the kitchen for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 5 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.

The Zen Den is located in a popular and sought after community in Mesquite called Cambria. Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, The Zen Den is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk. Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley. As this is a brand new community and some houses are still being built, guests will experience some construction for a time.

Although Mesquite is a wonderful place to walk and get exercise, you will want a car for getting to the store, restaurants, golf courses, etc.

area tidy. Quiet Hours - 10:00 pm-6:00 am.

* Shoes off please - Our road systems, especially in the warmer months, emit a very damaging residue that is hard on the flooring. We want to keep our space as clean as possible for all guests. Thank you.
