With three spacious bedrooms, two of which feature queen beds and one equipped with a twin over full bunk bed, there's plenty of space for everyone. Need to work from home? Enjoy the convenience of high-speed WiFi, SmartTV (bring your passwords), and plenty of room to spread out and find a quiet space. Pets are welcome for a $100 pet fee.
Additionally, take advantage of the coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement and a private balcony for some fresh air. Street parking (free) is available for your convenience. The location is unbeatable, with a short walk to the bus and train station and easy access to major highways, including RT 495 & RT 93, 110, 114, 125. Enjoy the proximity to downtown North Andover, Brooks, Andover, Lawrence General, and Merrimack College, Phillips Academy, Tuscan Village, Mass General, Boston, and NH Beaches.

A great stay

Overall, we had a great stay here. The owner was very responsive when I had some questions while checking in. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space for us. It was the perfect location for my wedding weekend!

We booked this unit to attend a weekend wedding in Nirth Andover. The rehersal venue was 3 minute drive from the apartment, and the wedding was an 8 minute drive. So centrally located to everything. We even ventured into the beautiful town of North Andover and enjoyed the shops and restaurants. The unit is 5 -star, modern, clean, roomy and filled with every extra amenity you could think of. Really a comfortable space to relax and enjoy yourself. Thank you Gil for hosting us at your beautiful condo!

Excellent Stay!

This apartment is exactly like the pictures, if not better! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Check in and out was easy. We went to Boston and Salem and this was the perfect spot for us to stay in between! We would definitely stay here again!

Great sunny apartment!

We really enjoyed the apartment and it was very nicely decorated and very clean. Loved how sunny it was in the afternoon as well. There were light snacks the owner left for us and there was ground coffee and some basic spices - salt, pepper, olive oil and seasoning. If you are sensitive to noise, the house is very close to 495 and you can see the traffic from the house. But every room has an airconditioner and has a high speed fan option to help minimize the noise, especially when sleeping. We did hear a train horn on a regular basis as well. But don't let this discourage you from staying here. This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in and would stay here again.
