You will have everything you need to cook your favorite meal in the large kitchen that overlooks the beautiful dining area that seats up to 6 people. The light and airy living room offers a large flat screen smart TV, brand new furnishings and a large sliding glass door leading out to the balcony, offering spectacular views of the pool and the intra-coastal waters. A full-size washer and dryer are available for added convenience.
The primary bedroom boasts a King-size bed with its own sliding glass door leading out to the balcony. It also has its own full-size bathroom with walk in shower.
The guest bedroom offers a queen-size and full-size beds with a small desk for those guests who are needing to work.
A second full-size bathroom is located right outside the door.
Use the complimentary beach chairs and the beach wagon while taking a short walk (approx 5 mins) across the street to the beach or spend the afternoon lounging by the heated waterfront pool watching the dolphins play!.
Vista Bay offers several amenities, everything from fishing off your private dock to using the grills under the covered lounge area to cook your catch of the day on. Get a little exercise playing tennis or pickle ball or challenge someone to a competitive game of shuffleboard, which are both offered at the complex.
Indian Shores is located in between John's Pass, which offers a wide selection of restaurants and shopping and Clearwater Beach, which has a Pier 60 and a wharf with lots of activities to try.
The beach trolley is a free way to get around and sight see, there are lots of stops up and down Gulf Blvd to start your adventure at, and getting home will be a piece of cake because there is a trolley stop a short walk from the property.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer. Housekeeping services are provided only on the departure date.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file.
