Being an 81 square meter apartment with living room and two bedrooms it is suitable for a stay of up to six people. Has two dedicated balconies, with a beautiful view over Danube River and Belgrade center. Peti is located in the heart of Belgrade called Lower Dorćol with 10-15 minutes of leisurely walk until central streets (Knez Mihailova, Skadarlija), Danube promenade, Zoo, historical medieval fortress - Kalemegdan are reached.
Apartment is located in a building with two elevators, surrounded by parks and greenery. Contains two bedrooms. One bedroom is with a king-size bed, work table and a large wardrobe. Second bedroom has two single beds (conjoining possible), a work table, large wardrobe, two armchairs and a small table, so it doubles as a living room.Third room is a living room, with TV, couch (convertible to a bed for up to two people 200x140 cm), armchairs.
All rooms have easy access to one of the balconies which are suitable for relaxing and enjoying the view.
Kitchen is modern, supplied with cooking appliances, oven, dishwashing machine, fridge, kettle, spare room. There is also a dining table for up to six people. Bathroom is supplied with a shower and a laundry machine.
WiFi is free, as is the cable hooked up to two TV screens. Apartment comes equipped with clean towels and bedsheets.
Parking around the building is a “green zone” (~0.3Eur/hour, 4 hours max), but also there are free unzoned spaces (shared first come, first served). 200 meters from apartment is the "blue zoned" Parking Dunavska where you can park the whole day( ~1.3Eur).
When guests arrive they must show their personal ID or passport.
Method of payment is cash-only on the day of arrival.
