As soon as you walk into this beautiful home, you will be immersed in vibrancy and comfort. At The McGarry, you can enjoy the serenity and nature that Bella Vista offers. Take in the views off the back porch on the first level or around the firepit. Not feeling it outside? No problem. At The McGarry home, you can sit back and relax in style - there is plenty of room to stretch out. Roku smart TVs (ready to stream your favorite apps), dartboard, board games, cards, selfie ring light, and two living areas are provided.
Mountain bikers - get ready to bike in and bike out! The Tunnel Vision trail literally steps up the street! Grab your gear and hit the trails right away. The Tunnel Vision adds up to nearly 40 miles of soft-surface riding on the west side of Bella Vista. The trail system gets its name from Little Sugar Creek, which skirts the eastern boundary of the Tunnel Vision trail before the route plunges riders into the hollers and ravines native to the Ozarks. On top of that, you'll only be a few miles from Huntley Gravity Park, a well-known area for mountain bikers to jump, though it has a full range of trail ratings as well.
On the main floor, there are three bedrooms. In the primary bedroom if you forget a charger - no problem! The lamps have a built-in iPhone charger perfect for travelers. Also on the main floor is a guest bathroom off the hallway with a large granite top counter space and a step-in tub shower. Forget some needed necessities? This modern and classy space has a well-equipped kitchen with blue cabinets, gold handles, appliances, updated light fixtures, and granite countertops. We offer above and beyond normal amenities such as a blender, griddle, and Instapot. Brew up a cup of coffee or tea, complete with all of the fixings, and enjoy some peaceful time off the back deck.
Head downstairs and prepare to be blown away by the additional space! You will find an additional living space and another bedroom. The living area has a smart Roku TV, couch, and chairs for a nice seating area and a small dining area. You can access the outdoor porch (not covered) right off the lower level, where you will find Adirondack rocking chairs awaiting to chill via fireside.
On the top level is a back deck that is fully covered with more seating and a table. String lights are provided for soft warm lighting at night. This area will probably be the first place you go in the morning with your coffee and the last place you will want to be at night with your nightcap. Have some littles? Great! We have a Pack N' Play and children's dining plates and utensils. The door to the downstairs area completely closes keeping those ultra-little humans safe while upstairs.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
