Located at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, Sway Pool Haus offers a serene getaway. Step into this brand-new cabin with its modern contemporary design and you'll feel right at home. This beautiful wood cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, making it perfect for large families or group of friends. The lower level is where all of the fun begins - its an entertainment space completed with pool perfection. It is carefully designed with an indoor pool so even if it rains outside, no need to worry about getting wet on your vacation. Not only does this property provide luxury accommodations but also fun things to do within minutes. Its close enough to all your favorite attractions including Dollywood and the Island! There's also a walkable convenience store and a delicious pizza joint. Its brand new, so everything is shiny and modern, but still has that cozy cabin feel - the kind of place where you'll want to curl up with a good book or take long naps after exploring all day. You'll have everything you need for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

Guest will have access to the entire cabin except the owner's closets. Access to the pool level is a series of outdoor stairs.

*Please note there is an active security camera located on the premises. The security cameras are located outside the house (facing the front door, driveway) and the pool room. Do not tamper with the security camera and the Wi-Fi connection.

Sway Pool home

Enjoyable stay. Close to everything and within 5 minutes of Dollywood. Pirate and Dolly Stampede shows are a fun experience. Kids enjoyed pool, arcade machines and bedroom designated for youth. One bed very comfy but another could use mattress update. All-in all great place to stay and we would return. Good neighborhood!

Excellent Family Getaway

My parents, girls (4 and 8 yo) and boyfriend all stayed for 4 nights at this cabin and it was everything listed and more. The location is fantastic--close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, 20 mins from downtown Gatlinburg. There is a cute little market and pizza place 30 yards away in case you don't feel like cooking or getting in the car to get a few items to cook with. The place is really nice--all major living areas on one floor and nice spacious rooms. Very very clean and well furnished with basics for the kitchen. The pool/hot tub area was perfect for my kids and when they werent passed out from dollywood or other activities they lived in the heated pool which had a lot of furnished toys and floaties. My girls also loved the video games in their room and it kept them busy for sure. They even had their own "club" in the kids room and played together well in that space. The host was excellent at communicating. We only had one small issue with the wifi password but it was resolved quickly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone with littles (10yo and younger) for sure although Im sure older kids would enjoy the pool as well.

Great property close to everything!! Was a great property for us with our kids being 9,7 and 18 months. They loved the pool and was nice having our own driveway so kids could play outside also! Thanks for a great week.

Everything we hoped for

We stayed here for a couple days and it did not disappoint. My kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. I appreciated that the pool is a separate entrance as our youngest is 7. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and located in such a convenient location. We would definitely book again.

Great spot - huge pool!

We had an amazing time. The place had all that we needed and more. All living spaces upstairs and then a locked separate entry to the pool which is a dream with curious toddlers!!! Right down the street from Dollywood. Easy check in/out with a code! We would stay again. Thank you!

Incredible Family-Friendly House

This house was absolutely perfect for our family stay. Communication with the homeowners was excellent and we always received a very prompt reply to any questions we had. We loved that all of the rooms were on one level, with a pool and hot tub on the ground level. We appreciated the fact that there was a pack and play as well as a highchair for our baby. Our kids loved all the inflatables and pool toys, and we really appreciated the nice warm water in the heated pool. The jacuzzi hot tub was wonderful. The location was absolutely perfect. The pizza place and corner store was a one minute walk from the house, and there was a nice grocery store just a few minutes drive away as well. I don’t think we could’ve found a better location for a cabin, as everything we did, including Dollywood, was just a few minutes away. Highly recommend this cabin!

Loved it!

I’ll never forget our stay here. Not only was it a great family vacation but it’s where my boyfriend got down on one knee and proposed to me! It was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay there. The location was ideal for visiting Dollywood and all the museums and attractions of Pigeon Forge. It was quiet and spacious. Our family would definitely stay there again! Many wonderful memories were made here.

Pool is awesome for kids

Stay was great, house was great! The pool is amazing. It’s separate from the house (downstairs, separate entrance) which made us feel some much better with young kids. Large pool with a deep end (4ft) and large 6 inch area for little kids. Worked perfectly for our family with kids ranging from 9 months to 12 years. House was located right next to a pizza place and small convenience store so the kids loved getting frozen drinks and snacks. Highly recommend.

Amazing Stay

Great place to stay with kids. We got a lot of use out of the pool and hot tub. There is a store and pizza place very close so that was a perk. Convenient location to everything in Pigeon Forge.

Amazing Cabin for a Family with Kids

Stayed here with our family and grandparents. Plenty of space for everyone, loved the location. The pool was a little cold for adults but the kids had no problem with it (probably cold because we went in winter) but the hot tub was great and relaxing. Highly recommend. Convient to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.
