About this property

A historic 1,200 square foot loft in the heart of the Old Market

Located inside the Woolworth Building-a historic landmark in the Old Market. Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Hardwood floors, solid surface counters, washer/dryer, fitness center and stainless steel appliances throughout. Paired with this great space is easy access to downtown restaurants, shops and destinations. Less than a mile walk/drive to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique.


Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and queen bed. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed and walk-in closet.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a TV and digital cable.

The living room space features ample seating, along with a comfy queen sleeper sofa.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

Great apartment and location

The location was perfect and walking distance to all shops and restaurants in the Old Market. My family stayed over the holiday and it was nice to have a spacious place to celebrate the holiday. The only concern was the WiFi/ internet was extremely slow. This was an issue as we needed access to see businesses open, make reservations online, etc.

Clean property.

We were in town to take in a few games of the men's college world series. The location in Oldtown was filled with restaurants and bars. The walk to Charles Schwab Field was nearly a mile...it was a challenge for me--75 years old and still recovering from a broken hip 2 years ago. The loft was very nice. Having ice available in the unit would be a bonus. No draw space was available, We were able to make due, living out of our suitcases. Having a washer and dryer was helpful.

Great place

Overall great place to stay. Loved the location and the Condo. Could not get ahold of property manager at all though. Called number listed, replied to texts and emails i received, but nothing. We ended up going to a restaurant and one of the servers there knew someone. That was the only way we got someone. No one was ever at the front desk either. This is the only reason i'm not giving a 5 star.

4th of July in Old Market

We loved the location right in Old Market, amidst the shops and cafes. Walked to fireworks at Gene Lahey Mall - was wonderful to enjoy the show without worrying about parking or traffic. Unit itself was clean, cute, and functional. I had the impression our windows would face the street but they faced the alley. This was likely my mistake but I called to check on it when we arrived and didn’t receive a call back. Easy check-in/check-out. Overall good experience with my first VRBO.

Outstanding Location

Location is perfect for a few days enjoying the Old Market area of Omaha. Shopping, restaurants and bars are literally steps away. Easy to walk around the area. Clean, comfy place. Stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds with no windows in the rooms so you can sleep late! Living space is small, but cozy to hang out in to watch movies or just drink wine and catch up with friends. TV comes with streaming apps already set up for use which was great. We were not able to ever get connected to wifi - the network didn't show up on our phones for us to select. Parking is just down the street, pretty convenient. Communication was thorough, and included a very easy check in and out process, along with info about parking, keys, etc. Would highly recommend staying here and enjoying what this part of Omaha has to offer.
