Beautiful spacious home in a completely fenced and gated private property, off of the road. Quiet and serene in a forest like setting. Beautifully landscaped with unusual plants, fountains, unique and one of a kind statues, water falls, orchard, lawns, and a garden meditation room. Home has an in-ground pool, fitness room, jacuzzi, and sauna included. and an art studio available Coming soon includes a separate game room, an art studio, a duck pond, more streams and waterfalls, and a koi pond.

Amazing extremely well setup

Need a place to stay for work and did not want stay in any local hotel/motel. Found this listing and am disappointed that we had so much work that we weren’t able to enjoy the house as much as would like. Definitely booking here again and have shared with many friends. Thank you creating this wonderful place.

The house was immaculately clean, and the pool was great. There were so many fun things in and around the home. The house was spacious and perfect for our group. The host was very responsive and amazing to deal with. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fun, super clean, entertaining

This place was great. They had activities and spaces for all age groups. Really cool games table and fascinating zen magnetic sand table. Mix of modern and mid-century. Excellent condition, some quirky art installations. Real attention to comfort and detail. Fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies. Terrific stay. Definitely recommend.

Excellent rental!

We were only here for two nights but loved the house. Everything was clean and ready for us! Jamie was excellent in responding to my questions. We hope to come back and enjoy all the amenities - exercise room, sauna, hot tub and pool!

Beyond expectations

Rose House in Weaverville is so much more than a 'place to stay'. The pictures listed on the site do not do this property any justice. The host was very accommodating and communcations were prompt and reliable. The house is very, very well taken care of and many unique upgrades have been done. Jamie and his family have done an amazing job at mixing original architecture with new and different ideas/styles. The hand laid petrified wood mosaic floor in the bathroom is simply awesome. Upon arrival, we were introduced and presented with a cake and small gift as we were celebrating our 15 year wedding anniversary. This made us feel immediately like extended family being welcomed home. The house has everything you could need (laundry facilities, cook ware, dining ware, towels, etc...) We were way over-packed as we didn't know what to expect. The outside grounds are very nice and many projects are under way. We cannot wait to get back to Rose House in the future. The geographic area is phenomenal. We did not get to see a lot of the historical buildings/items in town as we only had a Sunday free and most things were closed. There is a lumber/saw mill operation near by that somehow adds to the quantness of the entire area. On those clear, star-lit nights we could barely hear it and you would almost believe it was the 1800's. Thank You Jamie... We wish we could've rated you higher but we were only allowed 5 stars to choose from

Fabulous, newly remodeled, spacious and serene countryside getaway!

Jamie is such a great host, super attentive and detailed! This property has gorgeous grounds (the pics don’t do it justice and usually it’s the other way around!) with plenty of parking for our family gatherings. A Fitness room, sauna and spa with a nice size pool. Pool deck has plenty of furniture and a nice brand new propane bbq with all the utensils needed! Upon our arrival, we walked into Homemade cookies, games, books, crafts and felt very welcome after a long drive. The house is very spacious, decorated beautifully and has the most comfortable beds and couches! Will definitely be back annually to visit family and stay at the Rose House!
