Rising above the peaceful end of the road, this HUGE retreat boasts amazing water views of the Santa Rosa Sound & Island from its expansive decks, a hot tub to die for, spacious heated pool, EV/RV power, game room, & too many other amenities to list. Don't hesitate to bring everyone, there's beds for 16 & room to spread out. The Gulf Beaches are only minutes away and sound beach is about 100 steps from the front door. It's a great place to paddle around and fish & the only problem is that you won't want to leave!

Beautiful property!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean, spacious home. The home is fully equipped and well-maintained. Comfortable beds and plenty of restrooms for large groups. We walked down to the beach located directly in front of the home and enjoyed all outdoor amenities. I would note that the home is not ADA-accessible (not advertised as compliant, just a heads up!), but is a wonderful property to enjoy.
