Island Escape is a stunning five-bedroom, four bath home, located in gated community. Only a short walk to the calm sound waters of the Gulf or a two block (.4 mi) walk to the Gulf of Mexico's famous white sand beaches and emerald green waters. This upscale-home offers luxurious wood flooring and granite for your perfect beach vacation setting. Island Escape sleeps twelve guests comfortably, 8 Adults, 6 Children with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, queen-sized beds in two of the guest bedrooms, two bunk rooms with twin-sized bed on top bunk beds and queen size on the bottom. Full size sofa sleeper in the living room.

You will fall in love with the soft beach décor and inviting gourmet kitchen. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The living room features matching furnishings along with a flat-screen television. The guest full bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and hallway directly off living room.

Venture to the second floor where there is a washer and dryer combination. The Master bedroom suite includes king-sized bed along with TV, full bath with walk in shower. Off the off the master bedroom is a deck with water views where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. You will also find two guest bedrooms including queen-sized beds with private bathrooms. Additional bedroom and a shared bathroom which features two twin and two full bunks.

Island Escape offers many on-site amenities. Enjoy the two decks offering outdoor seating for sunset or sunrise gazing. Experience ultimate relaxation at the community private sound beach, swim in the crystal clear community swimming pool (not heated) or simply relax in the community hot tubs bubbly waters. Located at the main entrance of this beautiful gated community.

There is also an outdoor shower for added convenience along with large picnic table for family enjoyment. Complimentary kayak and paddle boards offered throughout your stay. Deposit required.

Enjoy the longest Gulf of Mexico Fishing pier, just a short bike ride or drive. Or spend the day enjoying the local watersports rentals jet skiing, motorboat, wind surfing, and more. The scenic bike path can now take you through the Gulf Islands National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

2 adult Bikes, kayak and paddle board included with reservation just requires $500 refundable deposit. 4 & 6 seater Golf Carts available for rent.

It is beautiful, spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, very clean, beds are comfortable. Views of the sound from the property, with a walk way to the white sands. The weather was not optimal, cold and windy, but would love to return when we can take advantage of being so close to the water.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Island Escape for two weeks over Christmas and New Years.The house was beautiful, clean, and nicely furnished with everything we needed for holiday baking and enjoying the beach. We cooked every day were able to make pies and Christmas cookies in the kitchen. We had great weather and loved the short walk to the gulf south the backpack chairs. While the community pool was too cold to swim in during December, we used the hot tub every evening. We also enjoyed using the paddleboard and kayak.

We had a great stay in Navarre. Location was great; just steps to the sound and short walk to beach access. The house had everything you could need for the stay, accommodations were very clean and nice. Thanksgiving at a great beach house with friends and family doesn’t get much better.

Spring Break Getaway

The property was perfect - clean, well-stocked, and roomy for our large group of 12. The property manager was very responsive and brought batteries for the faucet within an hour of us reaching out. It was a lovely house that slept 14 and we had that many people for at least part of the week. Everything worked out well for us and we especially enjoyed the sound beach which was only one house away...that was perfect for all the different ages we had. The kids/grandkids especially enjoyed the paddle board. The gulf beach is a short drive away and was a little more challenging than the quiet waters of the sound. There are stairs in this 3 story house but you get used to them. Everything worked and there was more than enough room for everyone. We enjoyed our visit and fell in love with Navarre Beach...will likely return. The few problems we had were quickly resolved.

Navarre Nice

The house was nice and well appointed with appliances, dishes, glassware,etc. It was nice having access to the bay, beach and a pool. There are a couple of points that need to be clarified. It is about .4 miles from the house to the beach access which is a public access with very limited parking and very crowded. It would have been incredibly difficult to go back and forth had it not been for the golf cart rental which was an extra charge. The internet connection was very poor and there are only two TV’s, one in the master bedroom and one in family room. The Jack and Jill bathroom is crazy small with a “half” tub/shower combo with shower door that swings out and barely misses toilet. The queen master barely has enough room to get around the bed, but the king master bedroom and bathroom were very large and well appointed. We really enjoyed the balcony spaces as well. All in all it was still very comfortable for our group, just a little too far from the beach for our liking. The rental company was easy to work with and pleasant.

This house fit us all comfortably, it was very clean, well stocked and the proximity to the bay and beach was perfect! Having a golf cart with a must for us to get everything to the beach and the owner had it at the house and ready to go upon arrival. It was a short 1-2 min cart ride and the bay was right out our door. The manager was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

I was wrong, the bay was wonderful, the beach is great but the seaweed was in full force. We were able to learn to paddleboard since one was provided in the house. The house was gorgeous The bedrooms spacious and more than enough closet space. I do wish there was more comfy furniture on all the balconies But I wouldn’t want to be the one taking them up there lol I didn’t realize the amount of steps to get to the first floor, my mom has some mobility problems but we spaced the trips up and down out and she made it fine. It was definitely a wonderful home to rent

Beach was several blocks away and the teenagers could just walk. The younger ones rode the golf cart. The Bay Area was great when the younger ones were tired of the beach. Also, the paddle board was fun. Be prepared for lots of stairs! They did have baby gates installed which was very thoughtful. Maintenance came promptly about a breaker issue and housekeeping brought more supplies. Pool was good and the outdoor shower was really nice.

The rooms are very spacious and the master bath was something right of a Southern Living magazine, The kitchen was spacious however, did need a shrimp pot. The front view of the house faces other homes in the community while the back view has a small view of the bay. The unit also has a hammock and grill (which we used) and best of all a golf cart to get you over to the Ocean. The pool is small at this complex so if you want time away from the beach you’d best do pool time in the early morning. Great community, locked gates, very safe, Overall, a great stay with great hosts.
