This 2 story, one-of-a-kind waterfront mansion has ample space for up to 10 guests. Most south Cape Coral it offers sailboat/fast access to open waters and the Gulf of Mexico.

The villa has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury home. Five spacious bedrooms are available to our guests.

For boat enthusiasts, this house is the perfect choice. It is a 10min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

Great house perfect for 2-4, maybe 6.

Amenities were very sparse. ie. not 1 hangar in the entire house, no grill utensils (expected to leave the grill clean). We stayed for 6 weeks, past rentals of this length, mid-rental cleaning was included. The pool which was a big deal to us was well maintained and nice. The neighborhood very nice.

Not quite accurate

Villa Stella is in a very good location. It was very clean upon arrival. The listing says 5 bedroom...2 king , 3 queen. In reality, it is 4 bedrooms and an office with a pull out sofa bed. There is 1 king , 1 queen, and 2 full beds. We had six in our party, 3 couples. a full bed isnt sufficient. The living area isnt large enough to seat 6 let alone 10... and only 2 showers for everyone to share... property could be amazing, just falls a little short
