About this property

This house is 2,276 Square feet of prime Florida living and is located Centrally. Just a few miles from the Villages (Shopping, dining and entertainment galore) and Downtown Ocala. A little more drive and you are in Daytona Beach, Disney World, Clearwater (St Pete), the Florida Springs and all the major attractions. The Subdivision is where we raised our children and we are proud to say so. The Neighborhood is quiet, clean, friendly and peaceful for evening walks. The sunsets over the Lake are some of the prettiest i've seen anywhere. The home is located near a gated private boat ramp and picnic area to Smith Lake, a 352 acre spring-fed clean lake ideal for fishing, boating and picnicking. The home is decorated with a "Mexican" style theme and the gathering area (Central part) is absolutely spacious and connects all that are inside. Dining, kitchen and living room are one large impressive cathedral style room. New Construction built and completed this year. (2022).
