- The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It does NOT record conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.
- We have a security camera outside the front door. This will be on during your stay.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
-Hot tub is available for use until 10 PM.

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 9 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
11. Guests must park in the carport/driveway in front of their own unit.

Everything was great with the host and the location!!
The rooms were a little separated from each other but it all worked great for our little family ski trip.
Stayed for a golf trip. The location was convenient, the unit was clean/tidy, and the hosts were excellent - great communication prior to arrival and made a point to check in during the stay.
Having been on the road for a week with a different location each night it was so relaxing to stay in this beautiful home for 5 nights. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly and the hot tub was something we looked forward to each evening. We also stopped by the local store and stocked up on groceries and enjoyed the full kitchen and dining room. Thanks to the host who was very quick to answer any question, this is an awesome place to stay and relax or get out and enjoy the lovely town of Kimberley.

The accommodation could not have been more wonderful- excellent communication from the host ensuring all of our needs were met. They went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of all Kimberly has to offer for tourists! The accommodation itself is spacious, extremely well equipped and in a great location!
Very nice house! Communication with host was fast and accurate. We were here in September 2025, just past the very busy season. The leaves just started turning color. The area around Kimberley is beautiful with a rich history.
Very nice property … would stay again … pictures show exactly what the property looks like. Owners were fabulous!
