Perfect location for Chicago

The property was perfectly located for the events we had planned. It was easy to access trains to the city. Very comfortable neighborhood and definitely felt safe

Engagement Celebration

Shocking. The house was faling apart. We went outside to get fresh air from the mildew smell inside. But a horrible odor from the covered patio furnuture inducated something died. The owner never came to remove the dead animal. I've stayed VRBO on several continents and never, I mean never, stayed in such a chaotic, filthy, decrepid mess.

This is a house that is being lived in. This is not a hotel experience. The house was fine for our party of 6 adults.

Quick graduation trip

Appeared as if someone lived there. Was not clean. Dirty toilets. 1 bathroom was the size of a closet. Belongings and medications were left out. Simply filthy. Smelled terrible and their were scent diffusers in every room trying to cover it up. A bedroom was a converted room and not an actual bedroom. Disappointed.
