When you arrive at the main gate entrance for access, please be prepared to show your ID for all occupants over 18 years of age that will be in the vehicles.

To prepare your access, we’ll need the full name of all drivers in your group, exactly as shown on their driver’s licenses. This is required for entry into the resort, so please be sure the names match the license.

We will need to get a list of all guests over 18 years of age that will be staying at the Resort prior to you checking in so you can gain access. Once you are through the gate, you will proceed to the Clubhouse for your parking and amenity passes. If you are checking in late or after hours, you can pick them up the next day. Once at the Pool Villa, you will use the last 4 digits of your phone number to open the door and disarm the alarm. The number used will be the number of the person that made the reservation.

Our Paradise Pool Villa is only minutes to Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios, and other attractions. The new Margaritaville is 10 minutes away and offers a dine-In movie theatre, tons of restaurants, state of the art water park, and weekend festivities such as car shows, an artisan market, and evening concerts with various artists.

Sip your morning coffee on the sunlit patio as palm trees sway gently beside the shimmering pool and spa. Spend afternoons floating in the warm water or relaxing on a hammock while kids explore the outdoor playground. When evening falls, gather for a meal on the covered patio and unwind as the Florida air cools around you.

Sleeping arrangements
Five welcoming bedrooms provide space for up to 12 guests. Two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, each include a king bed, ensuite bath with bidet, Roku TV, and ceiling fan. A third bedroom offers a queen bed and private ensuite bath, while another features a queen bed with coastal styling. The Nemo-themed kids’ room includes two twin beds and a Roku TV. Every room offers linens, ample storage, and room-darkening shades for restful nights.

Indoor entertainment
Upstairs, the game loft invites friendly competition with a pool table, ping pong, and arcade games. Settle in on the sofa to stream your favorite shows on Roku TV or enjoy board games together. A children’s playroom filled with toys, books, and games offers space for little ones to play, while family-friendly touches like a crib, high chair, pack ’n play, and baby gates make traveling with children easy.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and a dining table for shared meals. Start the day with coffee from the provided coffee maker, or fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner outdoors. The open layout connects the kitchen to the living area, where you can relax on the sectional sofa and enjoy movie nights on the large HDTV with access to streaming services and premium cable.

Outdoor living
Step through sliding doors to your private screened patio, complete with a heated pool and spa (heating available for an additional fee), outdoor dining area, and gas BBQ grill. The pool area includes a convenient half bath and four driveway parking spaces for easy access.

Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and central heating keep you comfortable year-round. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected. Washer and dryer are available in-unit, and the home includes essentials such as towels, bed linens, and bathroom supplies.

Our villa is beach and Disney-themed and offers ROKU tv in every bedroom and the loft area, a virtual workspace area, and high-speed Wi-fi. Bidet in Master and first-floor bathrooms, Fully stocked Kitchen, Barbecue Grill, ceiling fans in every room, arcade, table, and board games.

Located very close to the Clubhouse and Water Park. Just a 3 minute walk.
