About this property

2Bed/2Bath with Creek and Open Spaces

A wonderful 2 bedroom/2 bath rental (1,000 sq. ft.) with central heat/air and private access to Hermosa Creek. Large master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen, including barware, allows for quiet dinners at home. 3 min. to Durango Hot Springs, PJ's Gourmet Market, Animas Wine & Spirits and Dalton Golf Club. 10 miles to Durango and 15 miles to Purgatory Ski Resort.

We live on the property, in a separate home, so we are always there should you need anything at all.

Lots of walking and biking options right out the front door.

This cottage is approximately 1,000 sq. ft.

We loved this place and location! Good distance away from town where you feel removed from the main drag, but can be downtown Durango in like 10 mins! We also went to the Durango hot springs which is less than a 5 min drive and LOVED it!

Sweet Dreams

Beautiful comfortable spacious setting. Photos didn’t lie…beautiful just beautiful! The amenities are all brand new and of very good quality. The owners literally thought of everything. The layout was absolutely perfect for two couples. My husband and I celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary during our stay. Our brother in law and spouse enjoyed every moment with us as well. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

This is the second time to stay with the Raineys. Their property is so neat. (literally and figuratively). We love the location and accommodations are first class. We were in unit 45A this time and the only negative was the mattress was a bit too firm in this unit. Next time will get our original unit. It wasn’t available this time. Thanks Raineys!
