Needs updated

We have been staying in this condo complex for 10 years and this is the first time we were disappointed with the condo. This condo is outdated, the carpets need to be cleaned. The towels and sheets need to be replaced. The outdoor balcony furniture is shabby, the table is rusted and the small outdoor rug is dingy. Overall I would not recommend this condo until it was updated.

5 START PROPERTY

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was so spacious for 4 adults & 2 kids. (3 bedroom, 3 baths). Close to everything, property was clean, felt very safe with lots of different codes to all the doors. The only drawback was 4 days was not enough at this resort !! The management answered all my questions within a short time. I would definitely recommend this property with or without children !! You will not be disappointed !! We usually vacation in Orange Beach but due to the time we had we chose Biloxi area because it was closer. If you are looking for a good clean beach with clear water, this area will not be for you. I was worried my 13 year old & 8 year old would be disappointed because of that but they didn’t care at all. The pools & hot tubs kept them completely satisfied. You can always take a ferry over to Ship Island where I understand the water & beaches are beautiful. Time did not allow for that but of course a good option. I can’t wait to go back !!!!!!!!

Seriously disappointed

The condo was listed 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms with a king and four queens. We check in and one of the rooms was missing a whole bed, not to mention, the other beds were a king, a queen, and two full beds. I contact the manager and they said one of the beds broke and they’re waiting on all new beds to come in. They offer me an air mattress or to have part of my family stay somewhere else. We chose the air mattress because we all wanted to stay together. Then my brother-in-law laid down on the bed in the room the bed was missing from and practically falls through. Gets up and picks the mattress up and the box spring is in pieces. I talk to the manager again and they again offer for part of my family to stay somewhere else and tell me they’ll be working on getting me a “significant refund “ due to all of those issues. So again, we don’t want to separate. We go on vacation once a year to spend time with our family and we just wanted the condo we paid for. So we ask if it’s possible to bring another box spring and they say they will the next day. So my brother-in-law uses tote lids to support the mattress enough just so they can get some sleep. Then the ceiling fan in their room locks up and quits working. We had a huge mirror fall off the wall. The bed my dad is sleeping in has a huge dip in the center and every time he tried to turn over he would fall in that hole. The new beds never came in and my “significant refund “ was $150.00. Won’t be staying here again!
