We had a funeral in Biloxi. We knew the area and this was the perfect spot. What we didn't know (but now do) is, this was a peaceful home like feel unmatched by even the best hotels in the area. We will book this exact location again. Lovely home with everything needed for our stay.

Very pleased with the condo…it was very spacious and clean. There were beach chairs, towels, and a wagon to use which was nice! Willy’s Roadside is right across the road for a meal if you don’t feel like driving one evening. Pros: rooms and closets were large, plenty of seating, ease of beach access and pool was fantastic. Cons: sliding door onto balcony is very hard to open and close, A/C works great everywhere except the master bedroom stayed stuffy.

Great stay with a beautiful view!

We had a group of 6 adults and this condo gave us plenty of room to move around in, even in the kitchen and on the balcony! The grills / picnic area & pools were very clean & well kept. We cooked out a couple of times instead of going out, which is a first for this group, beats getting all cleaned up after being on the beach all day. Kathy was a great owner to work with and got back to me very quickly every time I emailed her. Thank you Kathy for sharing your home away from home with us. We will definitely be renting from you again when we return.

Great Location!

This was a Girl’s Weekend and none of us had ever been in this area of the country. The condo was the perfect set-up because there are three of us so we each had our own bedroom & bath - this may have spoiled us for future trips. The condo is also much larger than it looks in the pictures. The location was ideal for us to explore the entire area; we even drove to Mobile, AL one day for lunch. We did the Biloxi Shrimping boat tour and also the Gulf Coast Gater Ranch airboat tour - had a blast both times. Very happy with our choice of location this year!

Perfect for a family stay!

There was so much about this stay that surprised us. It truly is the details that make the difference. From the communication about booking and check in, to the carts that help get your stuff to your condo, the HUGE spacious living area, kitchen, and bedrooms, the amazing views, the luxurious recliners, the kitchen having what we needed, meals eaten on the balcony, the proximity to sand and sea, the quiet of that beach area, the comfortable beds, the wagon to use to get to the beach, the security that is ever present around the property. We loved every minute of our stay and can't say enough how much we enjoyed that part of Biloxi versus the casino area, and the comfort of the condo. This is a must-stay must see condo to enjoy with your family.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view that exceeded all expectations!

Wow! The condo itself is much larger and much nicer than the photos lead one to believe. The view of the Gulf is spectacular. It's an end unit, easy to find and remember with neighbors on just one side. Check-In and Check-Out were painless, secure and sanitary. (The parking lot is key code gated and worked fine. The gate is a bit slow to rise, but be patient. Parking spots are assigned and numbered. The condo door is keyless coded. Nice! ) The TV in the living room is kinda small, but worked fine. Using Netflix as "guest" is wonderful. (Did not need to remember and enter our username and password). Careful! The platform bed in one bedroom will find and attack your shins. ;-0 Very good notes and instructions provided. Will definitely stay again.

The condo was nice and clean no complaints with that and location was great! The Master Bedroom stayed a little on the warm side. Also a condo that sleeps 8 people should include two parking spaces in the price instead of an extra fee for that. Also a couple hours early check in fee was disappointing if the condo is ready it should be complimentary.

Very relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at the condominium. The entire facility was very clean and user friendly. Our condo itself was very nice and comfortable. It would have been nice if they had a few more towels and extra bedding like sheets and blanket. We ran out of trash bags quickly so that would have been nice to have had more of those provided. We felt very safe while at the building. We also really appreciated the beach chair and toys.

We celebrated my husband’s 70th Birthday on 12/29 and also brought in the New Year at the Beau Rivage. We were conveniently located to all of our needs. The only issue were the TV’s. Being we were a little more seasoned group, we were not comfortable with the streaming and Roku TV. We found ourselves out more than we wanted to be out to watch all the bowl games. I still rate it as an excellent get away for the occasion.

Very Quick Getaway!

Love this condo! My friends and I loved how spacious it is! It is also so well equipped - better than most we have stayed at! Hand soap and full size dish detergent to name a few, our trip was cut short by Hurricane Francine - but we will definitely be back!!!

Great Views & VERY Spacious

We had a great time staying in this condo. We were surprised upon arrival to see the amount of space this condo provided. We stayed with one other family and there was more than enough space for all during our stay. The layout of the condo is perfect for a very large family or 2-3 smaller families. The view was great, allowing you to be beach front and also see the town from high up. The host was more than helpful with plenty of communication up front prior to our stay and the quickest response time I've ever experienced with VRBO hosts. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of this condo. Overall we had a great stay and would stay at this condo again if we come back to Biloxi.
