The kitchen has been updated with new all electric/smart appliances and is complete with a built in air fryer in the oven. You can fit all of your family in Patricia- with 2 large bedrooms upstairs & a master suite on the main floor. The over-sized garage is a perfect fit for all of your mountain toys and includes a 220 charger for your car! Central vac is a great bonus for all seasons. BONUS! Enjoy all the awesome Blue Lake Springs amenities with this home.
