The house is amazing. Just like the pictures. All 4 bedrooms were big and clean. There is plenty of street parking. Kitchen was updated and had a washer and dryer. It is in the heart of Baltimore (safe area though). I would definitely stay there again. It was 3 of us, and the house just felt BIG. Definitely big enough for a family get together.

Upon approach, the property is very unassuming. However, once inside it opens up to a thoughtfully thematic and contemporary living space. The shared living spaces were very accommodating and the rooms were comfortable. The host was very communicative. There was ample street parking provided you didn't arrive too late. On a busy night, a minute walk down the street at best. It was a perfect location for our needs.

This property was spot on with the photos. Very nice & very clean. The location is close to the airport and downtown no more than a 30 min commute. Located in a nice, cozy, and safe neighborhood. This was an excellent place it was very quiet Colton is a very respectful entrepreneur and works well with his clients he answers you whenever there’s a problem I met his neighbor had to deeply apologize for noise after the funeral I would love to make this a permanent place for us in Baltimore whenever we visit

The property had a well-appointed, large living/dining area on the main level. It also had a good sized common area in the basement that would be great for a group including tweens/teens that want a separate shared space to eat, watch movies, etc. One important thing to know is that there are NO stores/shops within walking distance, so be sure to stock up with coffee fixings, drinks and snacks on Day 1.

In town for my aunt‘s 80th birthday celebration andThis place definitely is what the description says. the shower system is definitely the selling point for the property five of us stayed and we talked about the shower the whole time. it is not near restaurants but if you have a car and you’re driving, it’s definitely worth the stay. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and we had no problems at all with the property.

My family and I found Colton’s place to be someone we could call home briefly. It was clean, well organized and updated from the kitchen to be bathrooms - the shower head were splendid. My mum loved it but wished she had a tv in the living room, but I told her I liked the “Gucci-art” better. Lol my wife and baby felt safe and so did the rest of the family. Would definitely stay here again.
