Not worth the price

I chose this house as it appeared nice, was close to LA and had a washer and dryer. The house was easy to find and easy to access. The pictures showed a comfy cottage get away. What you see in the pictures, is what you get. There was no dresser, end table or lamps. There were no bowls to mix a salad, or measuring cups or spoons. No dish towels or dish drying rack. No ice trays and no ironing board. The shower head was not screwed in all the way and I had to fix it. Bugs in the bathroom and broken blinds. It is apparent that the owner started to make this a comfy getaway, but did not get to the finish line. The internet was spotting and going on and off. Owner said somebody was to be there at 9 am, the person arrived at 2:20. There was no house rules manual as noted in the rental agreement, so I notified the owner, and the reply was that the other renter must have taken it. I was not pleased with this rental and the price is not worth the offering.
