Brand new 2 bedroom house in prime location!
Prime location! Just a few blocks away from Atlantic Times Square where you walk to enjoy Alfresco mall with shops, Asian cafes, and a movie theatre. Plenty of parking with a gated entrance for privacy. High speed wifi and TV accessible. Home is completely renovated and everything is new.
Other things to note
For your safety, we have installed a security camera facing the driveway onto the streets.
Thursday’s are the days trash bins are picked up. On Wednesday nights, cleaners will be pulling out the bins without disturbing guests.
Please make sure you do the following upon checkout:
*Gather all used towels in a designated area in one of the bedrooms
*Wash all dishes, pots, pans, cups and utensils and place it where it belongs
*Empty refrigerator as it was found
*Turn off all lights
*Close all windows and doors
*Check for personal items that may be left behind (we are not responsible for lost of stolen items)
*Leave keys in the key box and remote on coffee table
*Notify owner upon departure

Beautiful Modern Cozy Home
This home was really nice. Solid 2 bedroom and one bath. The dining space was attached on the outside with a glass enclosure that was a great addition to the home to compliment the kitchen. Located in the safe neighborhoods of Alhambra, CA. Owner was communicative and the process from start to finish was easy. Would absolutely stay here again when I’m the area.

The home was nice and the owner was responsive. Only thing I did not like was that my checkout was at 11am and people showed up to clean since 10am. They should have waited until we had checked out to clean.
