Enjoy our charming home in the heart of Monterey Park centrally located & (walking distance) to a variety of eateries and experiences. Our 2 bed and 1 bath home offers a beautiful place to take photos & relax after a fulfilling day of exploration in the greater Los Angeles area.

This home features 2 bed/1 bath and is located in the back unit of an attached Duplex. This location is SUPER convenient and is walking distance to Atlantic Square shopping center.

The bedrooms include 2 Queen sized beds and 1 Twin size bed. The living room also features (1) sofa bed that can comfortably sleep someone up to 6 ft. The mattresses are made out of 12 inch Gel Memory Foam so they are super comfortable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking essentials. Perfect for making meals.

The bathroom is fully stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, & bath towels.

The living area features 1 sofa bed, genuine leather couch with reclining seats, and also a 55" inch Samsung HDTV for your entertainment purposes.

You will have access to a washer & dryer located in the laundry room inside the home. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets & fabric softener will also be included as well.

The closets include an iron + iron board for your convenience.

Great Stay

We were in town for a college swim meet, so the location was perfect for us. The home was clean, beds comfortable. We really liked the private gated parking, since parking is real problem in LA. Jonathan was a great Host. Very quick to respond.

We didn’t use the parking but it looked great for 2 cars and accessible!Rooms were as described, however pull out sofa not reasonably comfortable. Great washer and dryer for those doing longer stays. Provided laundry and dish wash a bonus. Quite short on cutlery, crockery and pans etc for a family of 4 who cooks, location good as walkable to supermarket and takeout as well as the luxpress bus stop to Vegas! Host had great communication throughout the process even when we had internet issues after checking in! Neighbours were polite and friendly and the area felt safe even for young females. Short walk to the train or bus stop even closer.

This neighborhood is very peaceful & quiet. I grew up here as a kid and am very familiar with the area. The neighbors are also nice! There are lots of greenery & nice landscaping around.

What makes this property unique

My property is unique because it is very convenient. The home itself sits on a very quiet & peaceful street, however, at the same time it is walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, & just about anything you need! Most errands can be done on foot.
