This property was very clean and the perfect location for our visit to Universal and the WB Studios. There are several restaurants and a great cafe within walking distance.
The property was in an excellent location for our son who worked on Warner Bros. property. The owners had wonderful communication, actually immediate communication for all of our needs. Very clean. Had all of the amenities. The couch and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen and laundry room or very convenient for just a very small group staying there. It was walking distance to so many things that was very convenient for eating and sightseeing. Quiet neighborhood near the interstate still but was wonderful. The shade really did help in the heat!
Has such a great time during this trip. The apartment was super clean and had all he amenities you need. We didn’t have to shop for too much which was great. The host communicated quickly with any issues we may have had. Definitely would stay here again!
This was the perfect place for us to use as a base of operations for our weekend getaway to LA & Universal Studios. It was conveniently located near everything, but far enough from the bustling crowd that we never felt too busy. The parking situation is a bit tight, but ultimately wound up being just fine. 100% recommend.
We had a great stay. Communication was very easy and clear directions for check in process. The apartment was very clean, ample pillows and towels and basic necessities for in the kitchen. We used a baby equipment rental company but there was plenty of room in bedroom for pack n play, high chair by the table, room for toys in the family room and tub for bathing. Would come back again!
This apartment was very comfortable and clean+ the location cannot be beat. Safe area of LA, and private parking for 1 car (off street) a big plus. The little shared back yard area is lovely and has a nice gas fire pit. Kitchen is well stocked. Only minor-mishap was that we were offered the opportunity to check in early, and confirmed that we would like to do so. However, when we arrived at the unit- the door didn't unlock. We texted via VRBO chat, but got no response. It did open promptly at regular check in-time- 4pm.
The property had off street parking as well as street parking when available. Keyless entry was very easy. There was plenty of room for 2 people, a nice size bedroom as well as a kitchen with a washer and dryer. We were able to enjoy the back yard which had various seating arrangements and an outdoor grill. There was shade on and off throughout the day. The location was perfect for us, walking distance to Priscilla's Coffee, Whole Foods and downtown Toluca Lake. It is next door to Warner Bros. and not far from Universal Studios. We wish the kitchen had had a few more items but we managed. We didn’t do any real cooking. Kyla was very responsive. All in all we had a favorable experience
My family and I have been staying here for about 10 years when, we visit the Los Angeles area. We enjoy the proximity to the shopping @ Downtown Burbank. We also liked that we can to walk to the Warner Bros. Studio tour. Also Kyla is very responsive on any concerns you have. We always look forward to staying here.
The Cityscape Loding unit in Burbank was very cute and clean and looked just like the pictures. The toilet seat was broken when we checked in so I let Kyla know and to our surprise the toilet seat was replaced with a new seat when we returned from dinner several hours later. She had sent me several messages which I missed as I was out with family but I was so happy to find the issue fixed so quickly. Kyla was very responsive to my questions.Our stay was wonderful. It is a quiet, safe location with a Wholefoods about 2 blocks away and the unit is right near the Warner Brothers lot, but it was still surprisingly quiet. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do in LA during out 4-night stay. The bed was very comfortable and there was a stocked kitchen if you wanted to bring some of your own food. It was a nice neighborhood for LA. Not to knock LA at all, but parts of it can be sketchy, like any big city. Me and my husband felt very safe taking walks every right through the nice neighborhood nearby. I would definitely stay at the Cityscape Lodging again.
We stayed at this property for 5 nights on a recent trip to LA, primarily for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios. The apartment was very clean and felt very secure. I didn't see any foot traffic around the property when we were there, which always makes me feel more secure. All the appliances are nice and both beds (including the sofa bed with mattress topper) were comfortable. Our only minor issue with the place was that it felt very dark. I think that is due to it being a first floor property in an older facility, so there is minimal overhead lighting. Non-street parking was a huge plus.
We have stayed in Kayla’s beautiful apartments a number of times and will return again in April. Great location, very clean, Kayla responds super quick if needed, apartment is outfitted well for your stay. Always enjoy our stays and will be back. Thank you Kayla.

Le matelas du canapé-lit mériterait d'être changé. Problèmes d'isolation phonique entre les logements (notamment ceux de l'étage supérieur) et de la climatisation.
Dommage que nous ne puissions nous garer dans la cour dès lors qu'il y ait déj à 3 voitures.
En tout cas logement très agréable pour 4 personnes pour y passer un bon sejour dans cette jolie ville.

Very comfortable accommodations; super clean; plenty of space; many thoughtful amenities; walked to Warner Bros studio tour and Whole Foods. Roku tv provided instead of cable tv. Brighter lighting would be nice. Some noise when upper unit was occupied.
This property is clean, spacious and in a great location. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area and you can literally walk one block and be at Warner Brothers Studios! The host, Kyla, is great to work with and responds to messages very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.
I've stayed in many VRBOs over the years. This was in a great location and decorated beautifully. My host was very gracious and accommodating of my allergy to fragrance. I was on the go much of the time and didn't spend much time there, but the time I did was great. I highly recommend this condo!
