Excellent!!!!!!!!! Beautifully furnished. Beautiful ocean front location. Lots of room for gathering together or enjoying a little isolation time. Heavenly hot tub! Clean! Warm and cozy fireplaces. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. The only down side is there are a lot of stairs. If you have a toddler, bring a child's gate. Interesting wildlife.

A perfect birthday retreat!

Had an incredible weekend in this gorgeous home - circled around the large table playing games, enjoying good food (made possible by the spacious kitchen and outdoor grill), meandering the beach, and soaking up sunsets in the hot tub! Thank you to the owner for great communication cand a lovely vacation opportunity!

Sunset Beach House was very comfortable with great views and nice open layout. We were 3 couples and there was an abundance of room for all. Angela, the manager was helpful with all of my questions. We hope to come back again next year! .

Great family stay on the beach!

our family enjoyed a week's stay at this lovely beach home. it was plenty roomy for our extended family of eight and the location could not have been better with 180 degree views of the ocean everyday from the deck and just minutes from the sandy shore. The bikes were great fun on the beach and you could watch the sun go down from the cozy hot tub. All amenities in the house were plentiful from kitchen to linens. if you are looking for a great beach vacation venue, this is the place!

Best Beach House

Whenever I tell my kids were going to the beach house, they know exactly where we our going. The Sunset Beach House has been our secret getaway for over 7 years now. Easy commute from Bothell and they have everything you need and surprise you with so much more. We have never been disappointed!

Excellent Multi-Family Vacation Getaway

This property was perfect for our family wants and needs: size, quiet location, beachfront with access, beautiful view, hot tub, and space to spread out in the home! We did utilize the sleeping space in the “garage” and did not get cold at all with the space heater. Grocery shop in Aberdeen for the big haul on your way to the house—save money and time! Overall, a great choice for us especially with the perfect spring weather week!

Great beach stay for six over-60s!

The house was perfect for our group of six, including two couples and two singles. The view of Moclips Beach just could not be any better, completely unobstructed view to the waves and the beautiful sunsets! Our gang has traveled all over the world and we can easily say this house was the best supplied rental we've ever stayed in: lots of dishes, a mind-boggling amount of knives (sharp!) and cooking implements, really good pots and pans (no shredded teflon), huge coffee mugs (no wee tiny things that require multiple fill-ups.) We didn't use the hot tub but it has an amazing view and is covered by the upper deck. Moclips is gorgeous, perfect for long walks and beachcombing, or razor clamming if the season is right, and the stars at night are to die for! Angela was an extremely accessible hostess, she immediately responded to queries with helpful advice and was so nice! We highly recommend the Moclips Beach house and hope to stay there again soon!

Not your average WA Coast rental

I'm accustomed to WA coast rentals that are a little rustic and broken-in, this is not that house. While it is comfortable, welcoming and warm, it is also very stylish, clean, updated and taken care of. I had an awesome weekend at this house with friends - 9 of us but only two couples - and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. One thing I'm always concerned about with groups is the number of bathrooms - this one has 3.5 - major bonus!!!!! We played games, cooked WAYYYY too much food, walked on the beach multiple times a day and sometimes just sat out on the very roomy deck. The walk to the beach is flat and easy - no pitfalls for anyone who is unsteady on their feet or worried about sore knees - and while other homes are close, the height of this one gives you a greater sense of privacy - no one can look down onto your deck or spy on what's for dinner. The hot tub stayed hot enough for breakfast soaks, mid-day soaks and after-dinner soaks! I have stayed at other properties in Moclips and can be comfortable in most places, but this house is really exceptionally lovely. So much so that I was already looking at its availability calendar for a return visit.
