Beautiful, clean house in an amazingly quiet neighborhood. Dave and Lori are great hosts who are very responsive and reasonable! Close to great restaurants, and most importantly the Venue at Tryphena’s Garden for my son‘s wedding. Great experience!

Great place to stay close to fairgrounds

Beautiful property in a good neighborhood close to fairgrounds for coming and going. Home is just gorgeous and nice fenced in backyard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kathleen. Everything was clean and well supplied. I would recommend this home for anyone staying in the area. We were less than 20 minutes to my niece’s wedding venue in Fort Valley. Lots of restaurants close by, as well. If we travel in this area again, we will definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent trip for my wife and I attending the little league World Series southeast regional. Hotels were completely booked, but now I’m glad they were. This Vrbo house was outstanding. The rooms were very clean as well as the kitchen. The bathrooms were perfectly laid out with all the amenities needed if you forgot anything. My special spot was the deck/patio in the back was so relaxing for me after spending all day in the hot GA sun watching baseball games.My was able to unwind as well and still catching tv shows on the huge big screen tv in the family room. This was a totally unexpected but awesome experience. I may start using this type of lodging more often in my future travels, based off this one excellent episode. Thanks

Had a wonderful 5-night stay! Perfect location (close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and freeways) in a quiet neighborhood. Our daughter (2.5) really enjoyed the nearby playground. The house was clean and well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was great -- open concept and nice separation between primary and secondary bedrooms. We were able to enjoy the use of the kitchen and living room without the threat of disturbing our sleeping child. Communication with the host was excellent. Would not hesitate to book this property again when we're back in the area.
