Tres Hermanas is a 2 story, 2 unit house with covered parking. The Upstairs Suite (Owner's Suite) is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit; while the Downstairs Suite (Beach Suite) is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit.

The downstairs Beach Suite is a charming two bedroom, two bath unit. It includes an open floor plan with a spacious, private patio.
