Kitchen: Enjoy this renovated kitchen housed with stainless steel appliances- Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, a motion-sensor sink, with a cute dining table for 2. Cabinets have everyday essentials to eat, cook, or brew a cup of coffee. Keurig coffee machine area, with a stocked selection of coffee and tea. Don't forget to overlook the spacious backyard from the kitchen window, while you're enjoying your cup of coffee or breakfast
Living Room: We have 2 living rooms on the main floor; you read that right! The sitting room immediately to your right when you walk through the front doors features a 50inch smart TV with access to watch Netflix for free. As well as a couch, accent chair, and workstation powered with wifi. Cozy up on the couch and hang out!
The second living room is towards the back of the home, on the main floor and features a fireplace and sectional couch. Cozy up and unwind.
Dining Room: Enjoy family dinners at the modern-styled dining table that seat 6 people.
Bedroom/Bathroom: The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed and 1 King bed with a master ensuite that features a vanity sink and standing shower. The 3rd floor has an additional 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed and 1 King bed. This floor has a guest bathroom, full tub/shower, and double vanity sinks. *All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, bamboo cooling pillows, and blackout curtains. For extra protection, all mattresses and pillows have protectors. So comfy!
Basement: The basement is on the lower level and can be accessed through the garage. There is a bathroom with a standing shower and vanity sink. The basement is LARGE and has plenty of space to hang out.Guests have access to the entire home. This includes closets in every bedroom, the washer and dryer, the 2-car garage, the basement, and the backyard/patio. Please make yourself at home. *We do allow up 2 additional guests (10 guests total). Our additional guest fee is $80/per night per guest. A queen air mattress is available to rent for $10/per night. Our basement, first bedroom, and master bedroom can accommodate a queen air mattress.

* We have a 2-pet maximum. Only small/medium (under 60 lbs) trained dogs are allowed. No puppies. The cost is $50/per night . A request for our pet fee will be sent to you for payment, after booked. Please send us a message for approval, before booking thanks!
Overland park is a dense suburb about 11 miles southwest of Kansas City, Missouri. Located in Johnson County, it is the second most populated city in Kansas and a great place to work, live and play ! The city offers 1800 acres of green land with 72 parks. From biking trails, hiking, golfing, playgrounds, and tennis. Overland park is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment.It's best to rent a car to get around town. The second best option is Uber or Lyft. The home is within 5 miles of a large variety of food options, entertainment, and parks, so you wouldn't have to travel too far if you plan to stay within city limits.
Due to the home's neighborhood, there are restrictions regarding the amount of traffic around the home. No overnight street parking is allowed. Only 8 guests overnight are allowed (children under 18 are the exception, but please let us know )
We use noise monitoring devices in the home to ensure we keep our neighbors happy! We will be alerted if the noise is above a reasonable noise level for a 4-bedroom home. No worries, it's not set to a whisper level ;)
