Close to everything you could want to do in Johnson county/ kc. Even with it being close to everything when you go back to the cottage it feels like your far out in the beautiful country side amazing veiws very quiet place to escape the caos of the city. We will definitely be trying to book this anytime im in town.

We had our three year old Granddaughter with us and she absolutely loved the chickens, ducks, and horses. Loved the wild flowers and the quiet. A little cumbersome with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. Especially when I had to go in the middle of the night. Lighting in bathroom was poor. All in all we enjoyed our stay…

The stay was great, but seems that it would have been much nicer 5 years prior. Dated, but host was very attentive. Would stay in it again

Property is a must see; it's very serene/quaint, and tucked off away from others. A total escape from the hustle of NOLA.

Great weekend stay!

Great place for a family getaway! The kids had a lot of fun using the zip line and kayaks and it was so peaceful and relaxing at the carriage house. Kelly was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hidden gem

What an incredible place for a young family to use as a home base for a long weekend. The zip line and trails were great activities and getting to watch the wildlife from the living room and deck was wonderful.

Relaxing Stay in Overland Park

We were in the area to visit a family member. The house was very charming and comfortable. While it was in a quiet, pastoral location, it was very conveniently located, making it easy to get around

Perfect place for me and my dog

I needed an Airb&b close to the working dog competion that we were participating in. It is a great venue with plenty of room to walk and exercise my dog. I loved the horses, chickens, ducks and especially the fresh eggs. Great service as well.

wonderfully relaxing

We had a great time ! We needed a get away to just chill and relax. Given we were in KC we thought we may check out some of the local things , But after getting to the cottage we decided we didn't need to leave.

Short weekend trip

Property could not be easier to find. Very easy to access & probably the best/easiest checkout instructions of any property we've ever used on vrbo. Very nice & quiet location & surprisingly comfortable bed. An easy 5 stars.
