Fully updated two bedroom home in Shawnee, KS. Close to I-435 on the west side of KC. Master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two full size beds. One bath with double sinks and tub/shower combination. Full kitchen and dining area. The family room has two leather couches with a 50 in TV.
Conveniently located near restaurants, movie theater, major retailers and grocery stores. Just up the street is a sprawling park offering boating, fishing and swimming plus nature trails and an outdoor theater. Also nearby is the newly opened Lenexa Rec Center with an incredible gym and indoor swimming pool.

Great Christmas house

This house was lovely and warm, very comfortable, and perfect for a family of four visiting family for Christmas. The beds were very comfortable, the couch was cushy, and the whole space worked really well for us.

We Love Kids Foundation

This property is very comfortable, (the bed was especially comfortable), clean, and well located for our visit. Everything was provided by the host that was indicated in the listing plus those extra little touches that make it special and a cut above.

Shawnee stay

Overall, great stay, would book again. Very comfortable, had everything we needed. The main areas were neat and clean. The only negative comment is that when we raised the blinds the window sills were dirty including dead bugs and the ceiling fans dusty. I left a note in the home with these comments. Again, I wouldn't let this stop me from booking again and I would hope this will no longer be an issue.

Perfect Location/House

This was a stay for me and my husband. We were visiting family from OK. We have never stayed in anything but a hotel, so we tried a VRBO under my daughters idea. It was perfect for our visit. Gave us plenty of space, it was clean, and just right. Thank you.

We found the property to be very nice. It’s advertised as a three bedroom, two bath and is actually two bedrooms and one bath. Otherwise, very nice!

Best Vrbo in KC!

My daughters and I came to KC for a girls weekend. The Vrbo was our first stop and set the whole tone for the weekend ! Beautiful home, warm colors, so clean and just perfect! Two bedrooms with 3 beds. Double vanity bathroom with a pristine shower tub combo. Top that off with a fun deck and washer and dryer! We will be back!

Visiting Kids/Grandkids

Perfect little home situated squarely between our 2 son's family homes. Great highway access and shopping & restaurants close by. Accurate description of property and furnished above what one might think of a short term rental. Communications with owner easy and helpful. Took a moment to figure out the TV, but had a full range of YouTube channels and selections available. We stayed a week and beds, couch and chairs very comfortable. Bathroom/ shower was very nice. I will tell my traveling friends about this place. Thanks!

We had a lovely visit at this comfy home! It was conveniently located, clean, beds comfortable and the ping pong table & air hockey were a treat! Our host was easy to communicate with and neighborhood was quiet and safe. I loved looking out the bedroom windows at the lush green setting and adorable goats behind us. We would stay here again.
