Fully updated two bedroom home in Shawnee, KS. Close to I-435 on the west side of KC. Master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two full size beds. One bath with double sinks and tub/shower combination. Full kitchen and dining area. The family room has two leather couches with a 50 in TV.
Conveniently located near restaurants, movie theater, major retailers and grocery stores. Just up the street is a sprawling park offering boating, fishing and swimming plus nature trails and an outdoor theater. Also nearby is the newly opened Lenexa Rec Center with an incredible gym and indoor swimming pool.

This has become my favorite place to stay with my son when I am visiting Kansas. It is clean, easy to access, and close to all the things we like to do. We especially like the games that are provided. Most importantly, the property is not heavily fragranced, which I appreciate since fragrance gives me an allergic reaction! I will definitely return!

This was our second stay at Joanne's property. The location is perfect for us, with restaurants, grocery, parks, and theater close by. The home was very clean and the host had set out a bowl of candy for us to enjoy. With a well equipped kitchen, nice size dining table, and comfortable living area for TV viewing, you won't be disappointed with this home.

We had a lovely visit at this comfy home! It was conveniently located, clean, beds comfortable and the ping pong table & air hockey were a treat!
