This was a great experience. We had 12 people, 6 adults and 6 teenagers, and we all loved it. The space was great for all of us. The access to the water was so convenient and fun. The views were stunning. And Brian was incredibly responsive and helpful. The house had about everything that we needed and offered a comfortable place to relax, have fun, cook, play games, enjoy the water, and enjoy the views. Thank you for the great experience!

We had a group of 14 and everyone was comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The game loft and hot tub were definitely favorites and we will be back again.

Property is great for a large family gathering. Roomy for everyone to be gathered in one place, but offers lots of private places smaller groups can peel off and do they're on thing. Sitting on the boat was one of my favorite places to hang out.

The house was great. It has a large, spacious, vaulted ceiling, main room and kitchen. The location is amazing. It has a great view and access to the Mississippi River. There is plenty of room and fun things to do for the entire family. We would rent this house again!

Every thing was great and we had a great stay.The property is exceptionally well stocked but only could find no cooking tools for the gas or charcoal grills, and gnats were a little prolific. (Time of year). Easily gotten rid of with some repellent that was on hand. Some more deck furniture to enjoy the river views more would be good. But we would highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The house was amazing. We had 7 children ranging from 9-20 and there was something to do for all. The kids enjoyed fishing, kayaking, playing yard games (spike ball, Cornhole: really nice set, badminton,) roasted marshmallows at the fire pit). We grilled out and hung out in the deck with amazing views. Sat in the very nice hot tub also with the view of the water. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. We cooked all meals here all weekend. They have an entire book shelf with board games and puzzles. The beds were extremely comfortable. Brian was there for every question we had all weekend. He was amazing! We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous River View!

It is a spacious beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the Mississippi River! It truly is a turn-key rental. The house is well stocked with everything needed for a lovely getaway.
