Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is conveniently located on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast in the Historic town of Kapa’a, a 15-minute drive from the Lihue airport. When you stay in one of the condominiums at this award-winning resort, you’ll be treated to some of the best accommodations the island has to offer.

This stunning, top-floor condominium can sleep 6 people in its two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two Queen beds. This beautiful home also features three bathrooms with Travertine stone tile, jacuzzi tubs, and two showers.

The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf with a glass cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Whirlpool dishwasher & GE microwave. This kitchen also has granite countertops, African Mahogany cabinets, and is stocked with everything you need to cook as much or as little as you like while enjoying your time here.

The furnished lanai will allow you to enjoy the breathtaking view while sipping your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

This spectacular home also has central air conditioning and a full-sized washer and dryer to provide comfort and convenience during your stay.

Award-winning Waipouli Beach Resort has all the modern-day amenities that you would expect in a Five-Star resort, including a lazy river-style saline pool with two water slides, three sandy bottom Jacuzzi spas, and a children's sandy beach pool. The main pool, with dreamy waterfalls, is heated during the winter months of November through February.

Enjoy the on-site Oasis on the Beach Restaurant (yes, it really is on the beach!) and visit Spa by the Sea, a full-service spa offering a wide range of massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness services.

Across the street from Waipouli Beach Resort is a shopping center featuring Starbucks Coffee, Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway grocery store, and an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and numerous restaurants within walking distance. While Coconut Marketplace, less than a mile down the road, has island shopping and more restaurants. Kapaa town boasts the largest selection of eateries on the island.

This property works well if you want to be able to visit the north and south parts of the island without switching locations. If you have younger kids they will love the pool area. Beds are comfortable, grocery store is very close, lots of nearby restaurants.

The condo was excellent! The views were absolutely amazing especially the sunrise over the beach. My family if 5 enjoyed staying at the Waipoli beach resort. We rented boogie boards for the kids and they loved playing in the waves. If we ever come back to Kauai and want to stay on the east side of the island, I’d definitely stay again.

Can’t find a better location, this one is perfect with amazing, unobstructed ocean view! Beds were super comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to maybe upgrade the paper products that are provided. What was provided was adequate but we felt the quality of the could have been better for the nightly price paid. Would definitely stay here again as this is our 4th time staying in the complex and this is by far the best location and most comfortable of all of the other units.

The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, the bathrooms are large, and the view is outstanding. Instead of traveling to a place to snorkel we snorkeled right in front of our room! Restaurants are nearby and numerous.Absolutely recommend this place.

Spectacular view and location

The property has lots to offer with its beautiful views and convenient location to restaurants, activities, and shops. Our sons enjoyed the pool, beach and being to walk to a lot of great restaurants. There’s one of the best shave ice shops right across the street. Our property was very clean and comfortable. The views were worth the trip.

Great place!

Place is exactly as described. This is our second time staying at this property and it exceeded our expectations. We love staying here. It’s central to everything and the pool it the biggest hit with the kids. My sister lives in Kauai and this is by far one of the best places to stay. We will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay

This place is great. We really enjoyed our stay. The beach & pool were a great combo. The location is central to the entire accessible island. Some of the furniture needs addressing, as the coffee table and the living room recliner both seemed to be a little sketch.

Great Views

We enjoyed our stay. Wish we had longer and more sun - it was pretty rainy and cloudy the whole time - but that didn't stop the kids from enjoying the pool! Condo had everything we needed and more.
